Information you share
When you register for contact, we collect the owner's name, phone number, email address, pet type and breed, along with your consent and the registration date. This form does not ask for your home address, service dates or medication details.
How we use it
Vitoria uses your details to contact you and discuss care for your pet. Prices, service details and availability are agreed directly with you. Registration does not confirm a reservation or a final quote.
Business notifications and providers
When email notifications are configured, registration details are sent only to the business owner through our transactional email provider, Resend. The customer's address is not an email recipient; it may be used as a reply-to address so Vitoria can respond directly. The hosting and database providers process the information required to run the website. We do not sell your registration information.
Your confirmation and contact choices
The website shows a confirmation on screen after your registration has been saved. It does not automatically send you a confirmation email, SMS or promotional message. Vitoria may contact you personally about your pet care request. WhatsApp, Instagram and your messaging app have their own privacy policies.
Storage, retention and deletion
Registrations are stored in the website's database and may be accessed only by authorized administrators. The business can set a retention period and explicitly delete records it no longer needs. Until a period is configured, records remain until an authorized deletion or a reviewed deletion request. For access, correction or deletion, contact +1 (954) 709-1964. Existing service records from earlier versions remain private and are not erased by this form update.
Cookies and language preferences
We store your language preference in your browser. Administrator login uses authentication cookies. This contact form does not add advertising trackers or promotional subscriptions. You can manage local storage and cookies through your browser settings.
